Ingredients

  • 340 ml Condensed milk normal unsweetened
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 100 gr Dark couverture
  • 100 gr White couverture
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 gr Desiccated coconut
  • 100 gr Chopped almonds

Instructions

  • Bring the condensed milk and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Put 3 tablespoons of the milk mixture in a small bowl and stir with the cornstarch and then add to the saucepan.
  • Let everything boil briefly until it thickens. Remove from the heat immediately, pour into another bowl and add the coconut flakes. Mix everything into a tough mass until you can form balls out of it
  • Let stand for a moment.
  • In the meantime, put the couvertures in a cereal bowl and pour in the oil. Briefly heat up in the microwave until it is liquid and stir everything together well.
  • Shape the coconut dough into balls and dip in the chocolate. The best thing to do is to wet your hands in between, this is better for forming balls. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and let dry.
  • Tadaaaa your own bounty! :)))
