Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Thuringian sausages, 125 g each
- 20 g butter
- 200 ml cream
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp tomato powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp parsley, freeze-dried
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 80 ml white wine
- 300 g pasta shells
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with croissant pasta
Make a seasoning mix with the spices and parsley. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Heat a pan with the butter and brown the sausage pieces on all sides. Place the water and cream in a saucepan. Add the seasoning mix, lemon juice, and white wine and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the sausage pieces and keep everything warm. Cook the pasta in well-salted water until al dente, drain, and serve with the sausage goulash.
