Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bratwurst, approx. 100 g
  • 100 g mushrooms, cleaned
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tsp, heaped flour
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the sausage and mushrooms into thin slices. Trim and slice the spring onions. Heat butter in a pan, add the sausage slices, and fry. Remove from the pan. Add the mushroom slices to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Then briefly sauté the spring onions. Return the sausage pieces to the pan and mix everything with the flour. Then pour in the vegetable stock and stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste. Let the sausage and mushroom mixture simmer for a short time. Fold in the parsley and serve.
