Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pork cheek(s)
- 500 g beef
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch(s) lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- some chili powder
- Intestine of choice, thin
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the meat into small pieces, freeze, and mince it (disc 6 meat grinder). Crush the garlic. Mix all ingredients, fill the casings, and twist off. The sausages are now ready. They can be prepared, for example, on the grill.
