  • 200 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g mountain cheese, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

simple, tasty, suitable for leftovers

Dice the farmhouse bread and place it in a casserole dish with the ham and mountain cheese. Generously season with pepper. Whisk the eggs and milk with salt and pour over the mixture. I don’t add the pepper directly to the egg mixture because it would otherwise look gray. Pick the goat cheese over the top and scatter the parsley on top. Cover and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a fresh tomato salad.
