Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg flour, wheat flour 550
- 1 cube of yeast
- ¾ liter of lukewarm water
- 500 g cheese (Gouda), from the piece
- Ham, raw
- Cheese, sliced to taste
- 1 ½ pinch(s) salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the flour and salt well. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add a pinch of sugar to the water and mix with the flour. Cut the Gouda and ham into cubes and knead them into the dough. Place the dough on a baking sheet and arrange sliced cheese on top. Baking times: 15-20 minutes at 50°C, 20 minutes at 100°C, and about 45 minutes at 170°C. Very important: Do not open the oven door during baking. This is a great addition to a barbecue. The ham can be replaced with salami, or salami can be added instead.
