  • 1 cube of yeast
  • ¾ liter of lukewarm water
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), from the piece
  • Ham, raw
  • Cheese, sliced ​​to taste
  • 1 ½ pinch(s) salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the flour and salt well. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add a pinch of sugar to the water and mix with the flour. Cut the Gouda and ham into cubes and knead them into the dough. Place the dough on a baking sheet and arrange sliced ​​cheese on top. Baking times: 15-20 minutes at 50°C, 20 minutes at 100°C, and about 45 minutes at 170°C. Very important: Do not open the oven door during baking. This is a great addition to a barbecue. The ham can be replaced with salami, or salami can be added instead.
