Breaded cauliflower

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Rinse and let cool. Beat the eggs with a little salt and nutmeg. Coat the florets first in the egg, then in breadcrumbs, and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Add plenty of butter to a pan and fry the florets until golden brown. Homemade mashed potatoes are delicious with this dish.
