Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp parsley
- e.g. breadcrumbs or soaked bread
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 6 rolls
- 3 tomatoes
- e.g. leaf lettuce
- ketchup
- mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into pieces and then process it in a food processor until it forms a fibrous mass. Chop the onion as finely as possible and fold it into the mixture. Add the eggs, mustard, parsley, and seasonings and mix. Bind with breadcrumbs or soaked bread. Form the mixture into 6 patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and then fry in a pan with plenty of oil or butter. Serve on the buns with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and mayonnaise, as desired.
