Breaded fish fillet

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s) of your choice (recommended: pollock fillet)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 100 g panko
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

in the Philips Airfryer

To prepare the Airfryer: Line the basket with baking paper to prevent the fish from sticking to the rack. Season the fish with lemon, salt, and pepper and divide into appropriate portions. Whisk the egg in a deep plate and place the panko in a separate deep plate. Dip the fish in the egg first, then coat it in the panko. Place it on the baking paper. Cook in the Philips Airfryer at 200°C for approximately 14-15 minutes, and you’ll have a juicy, breaded fish fillet. Admittedly, the fish quantity is intended for heavy fish eaters. However, it’s certainly enough for three people with appropriate side dishes.
