Breakfast porridge with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 5 prunes, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ lemon(s), unsprayed (zested)
  • possibly maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the apple in a saucepan and add a good 1/4 liter of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes. Peel and coarsely grate the apple, mix it with the oat mixture, and drizzle with a little maple syrup if desired—a delicious porridge for cinnamon lovers.
