Breakfast: Scrambled Tofu with Feta
The perfect breakfast: scrambled tofu with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Tofu
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 4 Pc. Sun-Dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tbsp Olives
- 1 tsp Veggie scrambled egg spice
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Msp Sweet paprika powder
- Salt pepper
- 70 g Feta
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Finely dice the peeled onion and sauté. After two minutes, crumble the tofu into the pan. Stir in the spices. Fry everything over medium heat for a few minutes. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips and fold in with the olives and the crumbled feta. Let it warm up briefly and then remove the pan from the heat and serve.
