Broccoli and feta pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large broccoli, cut into florets
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into pieces roughly the size of the broccoli florets. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender, then drain. Wash the broccoli, divide into florets, and boil briefly (3-5 minutes), drain, and reserve the liquid. Stir the vegetable stock into the liquid. Heat the vegetable stock in a deep pan, dice the feta cheese, and add it to the pan along with the sour cream. Add the potatoes and broccoli and bring everything to a boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
