- 1 broccoli
- 2 garlic
- butter

as a side dish to meat
Divide the broccoli into small florets and steam for three minutes in a steamer or potato steamer. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and sauté it in butter or oil with salt and pepper over low heat in a wok. It should not brown. When the broccoli is ready, add it to the wok, increase the heat slightly, and toss everything briefly. Note: This is how broccoli is served with all sorts of dishes in China (Changchun).
