Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cup(s) water, boiling
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Broccoli rice
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Wash the broccoli, cut it into small pieces, and add it. Add the rice and water, and season with salt. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
