Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 4 slices of ciabatta
  • Spice mix (Cenovis Cenofix Mediterrano)
  • pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar – cream
  • n. B. grated sheep’s cheese
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the cores from the tomatoes and then dice them. Finely dice the onion. Season both with Cenofix and pepper. While the ciabatta slices crisp up in the toaster or pan, I microwave the tomato and onion mixture for 1 minute. Drizzle the crusty bread with olive oil, then top with the tomato mixture. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grated feta cheese, to taste.
