Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g Brussels sprouts
- salt water
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 tbsp salad cream (10%)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5%)
- 1 onion(s), diced
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of crispbread
Instructions

Halve the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for 12 minutes. Juice half a grapefruit, peel the other half and the orange, chop finely, and mix with the Brussels sprouts. Mix the salad cream, yogurt, diced onion, salt, and pepper, and pour over the salad. Serve with crispbread.
