Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- 175 g cheese (shipka or brine cheese)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- Salt
- nutmeg
- Garlic
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare four omelets from eggs seasoned with a little salt and grated nutmeg in butter or margarine. Sprinkle thickly with the following mixture: Coarsely grate the shipka cheese and mix with the washed, seeded, and finely chopped bell pepper, a little grated garlic, and plenty of chopped chives. Top the colorful omelets with slices of fresh green cucumber and serve with fresh, fluffy white bread.
