Burger with Cheddar

The perfect burger with cheddar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Burger buns, brioche batter
  • 2 Pc. Angus burger patties
  • 2 tbsp Danish cucumber salad
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Roasted onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Hamburger sauce
  1. Sear the burger patties with a little oil and then cook them through on a medium setting.
  2. Split the buns. Spread the ketchup and mustard thinly on the bottom. Spread a small portion of the cheddar on top.
  3. When the patties are done, place them on top of a bun base. Spread the rest of the cheddar on top.
  4. Spread the hamburger sauce on top, add the fried onions and then place the cucumber slices on top.
  5. Open the lid of the bun and let it taste! Good Appetite!
