Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 giant mushrooms
- 2 burger patties (veal patties) or other
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slice(s) cheese, optional
- 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
- 4 large slices of cucumber, fresh or pickled
- 1 small onion(s) (fried onions are great)
- ½ bottle of dressing (Sylter salad dressing)
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- some sprigs of parsley for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
ideal for contact grill or grill
Grill the burgers and keep them warm. Grill the mushrooms and place them on a plate, then spread the Sylt sauce on top. Then place a lettuce leaf on top, add a little BBQ sauce (or a slice of cheese) and the burger. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and BBQ sauce. Cover, pour over any remaining mushroom juices, and garnish with parsley. Also delicious with a slice of grilled cheese instead of meat.
