Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g herring fillet(s), smoked
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 small gherkin(s)
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Finely dice all ingredients, place in a tightly sealed bowl, add the cucumber broth, mix well and let it steep for about 2 hours.
