Butter Cookies Made from Rye Flour

  • 250 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 g Rye flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  1. Put the butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir until frothy. Fold in the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  2. Knead the whole thing well and chill for about an hour. Then roll out on a floured work surface or a baking board and cut out shapes.
