Buttermilk Cake

- 360 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 280 g Buttermilk
- 125 g Butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 200 g Sliced almonds
- 1 cups Cream
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. In a saucepan, slowly heat the butter and cream over low heat until the butter has melted.
- Mix the flour, 200 g sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, egg and the buttermilk, mix into a smooth batter. Mix 60 g sugar and the almonds, spread on the cake.
