- 400 ml Caldo de peix
- 100 ml Llet
- 1 culleradeta Mel líquid
- Pebre
- 1 Taronja
fideus de patata
- 2 cullerada Ametlles a rodanxes

- 500 g Margarina

- Wash the thawed salmon, dab well, cut into bills and drizzle with the lemon juice.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides, add salt, remove the salmon and keep warm
