Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pretzels, frozen
- 2 Cabanossi
- some salt, coarse (pretzel salt)
- some caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Remove the pretzels from the freezer and let them thaw (about 30-45 minutes). Then unravel the pretzels and, if desired, stretch the thicker part a bit and wrap them around the Cabanossi. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Delicious hot or cold. Note: Coarse sea salt is less suitable for this, as it is far too strong and will overpower the flavor of the dough.
