Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 280 g minced beef
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped curry
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ¼ liter of water
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
quick dish with white cabbage
Fry the finely chopped cabbage in hot oil, cook briefly until translucent, and season with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, fry the minced meat with the onions, add the cabbage, water, curry, paprika, ketchup, and sugar, and simmer in a covered pan for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
