Cacik – Turkish Tsatsiki

The perfect cacik – turkish tsatsiki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Cucumber fresh
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Mix the yoghurt with salt, dill and mint. .
  2. Grate the garlic and add to the yogurt.
  3. Cut the cucumber into cubes and add to the yogurt.
  4. Finally mix with a little olive oil.
