Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Cabanossi
- 500 g shrimp(s), raw, peeled
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tsp seasoning mix (Cajun seasoning mix)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- e.g. lime juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Low-carb
Thinly slice the Cabanossi. Slice the bell peppers and onion. Mix the olive oil with the spices. Toss the sausage and vegetables with half of the seasoning oil and place on a baking sheet. Cook at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the remaining half of the seasoning oil with the shrimp and return the shrimp to the baking sheet for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with lime juice after cooking. Serve the shrimp with cauliflower rice.
