Cake: Cheesecake with Blueberries

- 1000 g Cream curd
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 size Free range eggs
- 4 El Semolina
- 1,5 packet Vanilla pudding
- 1 Lemon, this is where the juice is needed
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 g Blueberries

- Beat the eggs with the semolina until smooth
- Stir in all other ingredients except the quark. At the very end add the quark and stir everything until smooth. I took the blueberries so frozen.
- Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees. Let it cool and, if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
