Cake made from leftover cookies and biscuits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g biscuits, mixed, leftovers
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g liqueur (egg, chocolate or cream liqueur)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Using up leftover Christmas cookies (including gingerbread, chocolate, dry cake, etc.)

Finely grind biscuits, cookies, dry cake, and chocolate scraps with a high-speed blender. Stir in the remaining ingredients with the mixer. Grease a cake pan and dust with breadcrumbs or flour. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes.
