Ingredients
Batter:
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Cocoa
- 75 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 50 g Grated chocolate
Covering:
- 500 g Whipped cream
- 100 ml Vodka
- 2 packet Paradise cream vanilla flavor
- 25 g Grated chocolate
- 1 sheet Gelatin
- 50 ml Vodka
- 50 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- For the dough, stir the butter until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until a thickened mass is formed.
- Stir in each egg for about 1/2 minute at the highest level. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and briefly stir in 2 portions with the coffee liqueur on a medium setting.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet, smooth it out and place a strip of aluminum foil folded several times in front of the dough, sprinkle with chocolate chips, bake the sheet on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- For the topping, add the cream and vodka to a bowl. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with the hand mixer on the lowest setting, then beat on the highest setting for 3 minutes.
- Put about 4 tablespoons of the cream in a piping bag. 7 mm perforated nozzle. Spread the rest of the cream on the bottom and squirt the cream from the piping bag onto the cream. Sprinkle chocolate shavings in between.
- Soak gelatine Mix vodka, milk and sugar, first stir 3 tablespoons with the gelatine and then with the rest of the liquid. Now carefully tip everything into the squares and refrigerate.
