Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g tofu
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, can be eaten hot or cold

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Finely shred the tofu with a fork or puree with a hand blender. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth, adding more oats if desired. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with oil. Form the tofu mixture into approximately 24 small balls and place them on the greased parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
