Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice noodles
- 3 tbsp butter, vegan
- 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions

Boil the rice noodles in water for 5-6 minutes. Chop the garlic and slice the spring onions. Set aside some of the green part of the spring onions for garnish. Heat the butter in a wok and sauté the spring onions and garlic until translucent. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Then stir in the soy sauce. Drain the noodles and toss with the sauce. Garnish with the green part of the spring onions.
