Cardiologist Names a New Product That is Very Dangerous for the Heart

For health reasons, it is better to eat a small piece of butter than its substitute spread. This was reported by a well-known cardiologist Anna Korenevych.

According to the expert, the product is extremely harmful to health due to the presence of trans fats. Korenevych also called for the abandonment of semi-finished products, as they are made using spread.

Earlier, Anna Korenevych claimed that regular consumption of bakery products is associated with the development of atherosclerosis, vascular problems, and other ailments.

“Eating bread is just your habit, not a vital necessity or a need of the body. Therefore, you can freely give up this product,” the cardiologist said.

Ms. Korenevych also clarified that this refers primarily to bread made from high-grade flour.
