Caribbean Pan

The perfect caribbean pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 0,25 root Chopped ginger
  • 1 piece Red, yellow peppers
  • 200 g Tins of pineapple approx.
  • 2 rifle Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • Pineapple juice
  • 100 g If you like fresh mushrooms
  • 2 El Oil
  • 2 Baguette sticks
  • Salt
  • Pepper [lemon pepper is very tasty]
  1. Dice the chicken breast, bell pepper (yellow and red), ginger. 2. Put the oil in a large pan as it will contain all the ingredients. When the oil is hot, clean the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Shortly afterwards, add the finely chopped ginger to the pan. 3. When the bottle is no longer raw, add the peppers and mushrooms. Let simmer briefly (1st minute)
  1. 4. Add coconut milk and season with the pineapple juice. 5. Let the whole thing simmer for 10 minutes and finally add the pineapple pieces. (so they don’t get so soft)
