Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 carrot(s)
- ½ pear(s)
- 1 handful of bacon
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely grate the carrot and half a pear. Fry the bacon, but don’t let it brown. Stir everything together and add a tablespoon each of oil and herb vinegar.
