Carrot and sweet potato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions and garlic and fry them lightly in hot fat. Then add a little water and simmer the diced or pureed sweet potatoes and carrots for about 10 minutes. Then add the cream and milk. Finally, season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper.
