Carrot and yogurt dip

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 750 g yogurt, preferably 3.5%

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fits perfectly with Kisir

Grate the carrots and fry them briefly in oil with a pinch of sugar, then let them cool completely. Add the yogurt, mix well, and season with salt and garlic, if desired.
