Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely grate the carrots and onion. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven). Finely crumble the feta cheese and mix well with the eggs and flour. Add the carrots and onion, mix well until firm, and season with salt and pepper. Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve with a creamy yogurt and garlic sauce.
