Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 eggs
- 20 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 40 g fine oat flakes
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- Salt
- pepper
- some low-fat curd cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots. Mix all ingredients (except oil). Form into patties, adding low-fat curd cheese as needed until the patties are easily formed. Fry in a nonstick pan with 1 teaspoon of oil, adding a little more fat if necessary. Tastes great with herb curd cheese.
