Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g cashew nuts
- 7 eggs, including the yolks
- 7 eggs, including the egg white
- 1 tsp bitter almond flavoring
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the sugar and egg yolks, add the crushed cashews and beaten egg whites, and stir in the almond essence. Mix well. Bake at 180°/200° for 30 minutes, checking the doneness. Cover with chocolate icing after baking.
