with potatoes and oriental spices

Peel and finely chop the onion. Melt and heat the butter in a casserole dish or deep frying pan, then sauté the onion and chili flakes. Add the minced meat and fry, stirring constantly. When it’s browned to your liking, add the diced potatoes. Next, pour in the stock, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the cauliflower florets. At the end of the cooking time, stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste. Finally, simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve with white bread, if desired, and sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
