Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 80 g beef
  • 280 g water
  • 40 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the potatoes, cauliflower, and beef very finely. Place everything in a pot, add the water, and sauté until soft. Add the butter and puree everything.
