Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g cauliflower
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 spring onions
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- some salt and pepper

Low-carb
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook in salted water until tender. Then puree it with the sour cream and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Clean and finely chop the spring onions, and fry them with the minced meat without adding any fat. Quarter the mushrooms and fry them separately until browned. Mix the spring onions, mushrooms, and minced meat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Arrange the minced meat mixture on top of the cauliflower puree.
