Ingredients
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Pink cauliflower
- 250 g Brocolli
- 100 g Vegan mayonnaise
- 20 g Flour
- 5 el Virgin olive oil
- 1 Knife point Garlic salt
- 1 pinch Salt + pepper
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 50 g Remoulade - vegan
- 50 g Hot Aisa sauce
- 50 g Aioli vegan
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower / pink cauliflower / broccoli into small florets and place in a large bowl. Mix the vegan mayo with flour and all the spices. Add to the cauliflower, put the lid on and shake well.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Spread the marinated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Then serve with the sauces
