Cauliflower Western Bites

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 250 g Pink cauliflower
  • 250 g Brocolli
  • 100 g Vegan mayonnaise
  • 20 g Flour
  • 5 el Virgin olive oil
  • 1 Knife point Garlic salt
  • 1 pinch Salt + pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 50 g Remoulade - vegan
  • 50 g Hot Aisa sauce
  • 50 g Aioli vegan

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower / pink cauliflower / broccoli into small florets and place in a large bowl. Mix the vegan mayo with flour and all the spices. Add to the cauliflower, put the lid on and shake well.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 C. Spread the marinated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Then serve with the sauces
