Celery and apple spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ celery root
  • 2 apples
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 0.33 vegetable onions
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Pour the oil into a saucepan. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Finely chop the celery and apples and add to the onions. Pour over the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Drain some of the stock and puree. Pour into a jar and turn upside down. Makes 2-3 jars.
