Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 sprig of celery
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the onion, leek, and celery into nut-sized, even pieces. Sauté everything in a pan until crispy. Deglaze with stock and wine and pour into a tall container. Then puree and return to the pan. Pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Finally, season to taste. Tip: I top with two slices of crispy bacon.
