Cevapcici with Grilled Baby Asparagus
The perfect cevapcici with grilled baby asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Vegetable onion
- 3 Pc. Garlic fresh
- 2 tbsp Dry red wine
- 3 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Baby asparagus green
- Finely dice the vegetable onion together with the garlic, or use a magic wand. Wash and dry the thyme and pluck the leaves. Mix into the minced meat together with the wine and spices.
- Peel the red onion and cut into wedges.
- Use “oiled” hands to form rolls that are as even as possible. Quantity divisible by 2. Put the rolls together with the red onion on kebab skewers and grill them on the oiled electric grill (for reasons of weather, which I don’t want to comment on anymore).
- Wash and dry the asparagus and cut only the lower ends. Also place on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes while turning. Finally season with coarse sea salt and pepper.
- There was also rocket salad, ajvar, farmer’s bread and creme double, refined with a little salt.
