Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chard
  • 2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250g spaghetti
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chard and cut into strips. Cook the spaghetti and chard together in the broth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the broth. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the oil. Drain the pasta and chard, toss with the oil and garlic mixture and the 2 tablespoons of pasta water. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top. You can vary the dressing with 1 onion and cherry tomatoes.
