Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g spelt flour or wheat flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 200 ml water
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 4 handfuls of seeds, e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, linseed or nuts, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
perfect with a glass of wine or as a side dish for barbecue
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Sift the flour into the bowl of a food processor. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Add the vegetable stock and salt. Pour in the lukewarm water and knead with the dough hook of a food processor for about 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too stiff, add a little more water and knead in. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cheese and the seed mixture, if desired. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. After baking, cut into slices with a pizza cutter. Delicious hot or cold.
