Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 350 g mountain cheese, coarsely grated
- 200 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
- 3 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some cream or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mix all ingredients except the puff pastry thoroughly. Fill the strudel onto the rolled-out puff pastry and roll it up. Brush the strudel with cream or milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
